Our Vision
In Dec 2008, Michigan voters approved the long-anticipated "Michigan Medical Marijuana Act" Since then, thousands of patients across our state have found a safe, legal and affordable alternative for many clinical ailments that traditional medicine is often unable to effectively treat. Medical Marijuana use has been found to be successful without adverse and often harmful side-effects.                                Â
At Rising Phoenix MCC, our main focus and determination will be that you obtain a two-year registry card and that we will remain your MCC, center for years to come!
Patient Service:
Phase #1
Rising Phoenix MCC, will provide a safe, discrete and comfortable environment that enables you to legally obtain your Michigan Registry Card. We will be your advocate for evaluating the qualifying condition necessary and develop and defend your medical file using the safeguards in place with HIPPA. We will help you complete and submit the necessary paperwork required by the state of Michigan.
Certification Requirements: Phase #2
Prior to your scheduled appointment, please make sure you have a valid MI Driver's license or a Michigan ID, you may also use a valid Michigan Voter's registration card. You will also have to provide proof of your diagnosis. A Physician Certification from the state of Michigan is mandatory, attesting that you will benefit from the use of Medical Marijuana, by qualifying for any one of the approved conditions.
